Children and families

St. Augustine Amphitheatre provides a fun-filled experience for the whole family. Alongside live music for all ages, the venue often hosts children’s arts and crafts festivals and talent shows.

Admission prices for children vary – kids under two receive free entry but must sit on an adult’s lap. Strollers aren’t allowed inside the venue, so bring a carrier instead.

Re-entry policy

The Amp has a strict no re-entry policy to prevent ticket fraud and bolster security. However, guests may be allowed to leave and re-enter the venue for emergencies if they speak to a service representative beforehand.

Refund policy

The Amp has a generous refund policy in the rare instance an event is postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled. Guests can request a refund at their point of purchase provided they have the original tickets, receipt, and credit card used for the transaction.

If an event is postponed, refunds will be processed once a new date is announced. In the case of a rescheduled event, guests have up to 30 days before the new date to request a refund.

Weather policy

Events at the amphitheater run come rain or shine – there’s no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothing! That said, performances may be postponed in the cases of extreme storms.
