Since his debut album, Blackwater, arrived in 2001, JJ Grey has been issuing deeply moving and masterfully penned, funky rock and front porch Southern soul smash hits. JJ Grey burst onto the music scene with gigs at a Jacksonville bar. And as his fanbase grew, he joined forces with the band, Mofro. In 2024, the group dropped their tenth album, Olustee, to great acclaim. The NPR review said the album was "A deeply-rooted blend of southern-fried rock and swamp funk…richly evocative lyrics…plainspoken, blue-collar American music."
On Sunday 25th May, John Anderson will be making a highly anticipated appearance. The Florida native country singer is a member of the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame and the Country Music Hall of Fame for a reason.
